Arrival and departure
The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2.00pm. On your departure day, the room must be vacated by 10.30am.
Pick-up service
We will pick you up from the train station in Bayerisch Eisenstein. Please inform us in good time of your arrival time.
Payment
The bill can be paid in cash or by debit card.
Bathrobe
Bathrobe lending fee for the duration of your stay 7.00 euro
Dogs
Dogs are only conditionally possible by prior arrangement. They must have their own dog basket or a dog blanket. We charge min. 5.00 euro per day without food. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room or wellness area.
Visitors' tax
1.90 EUR per night for adults and 1.25 EUR for children from 6 - 16 years. This gives you the following benefits: free travel by bus and train over more than 1100 km through Arberland and the Bavarian Forest National Park as often and as long as you like. Discounts at many sports and leisure facilities in the Bavarian Forest.
Cosmetics & Beauty
We recommend our hotel guests book their cosmetics and massage treatments at the same time they make their room reservation.

Parking spaces
Parking at the hotel is free. There is a fee for the garage (4.00 euro per day).
Cancellation
It's an uncomfortable situation for everyone involved if rooms remain vacant while others would like to come. In the case of non-arrival, a late arrival, or early departure, you are charged the confirmed price less 20%.

All rooms are non-smoking - on the balconies smoking is allowed. Double room for single use on request possible.
